There are many options for personal training- from in the gym, to the privacy of your own home. I am creative and mobile which allows me to train people of all fitness levels. Already a member at a gym? Want to start off in your own home? Have a family, work & busy life? I just need to know and we can figure out a training schedule that will work best for you. My goal is to provide effective, efficient and convenient exercise sessions for optimal results.
An Initial Consult is required prior to booking personal training sessions for the health & safety of all participants.
Rates are as follows & must be paid in full at time of booking & do not include GST.
@Fitstop Fitness/Olympic Fitness 1 HOUR Sessions:
**Please note if gym requires a trainers fee this may be added to your session price-also you must have an active membership or punch card with the gym of your choice**
1 Hour Sessions- (Cost is Per Session & Can be Single or Double Participants-Max 2 People- Partners must be able to work/train at similar levels in order to book-determined by me)
-$75/hr for 1X/Week -$70/hr for 2X/Week -$65/hr for 3-4X/Week
45 Minute Sessions- (Cost is Per Session & Are for Single Participants Only)
-$55/Per 45 Minutes for 1X/Week -$50/Per 45 Minutes for 2-3X/Week

1/2 Hour Sessions- (Cost is Per Session & Are for DOUBLE Participants only-Partners must be able to work/train at similar levels in order to book-determined by me)
-$55/Per 30 Minute Session regardless of number of bookings per week.
**If you are booking sessions to take place at your home or outside of Fitstop Fitness/Olympic Fitness the rates are as follows:
1 Hour-$120 (There & Return=30 Minutes Travel Max-Within City of Duncan Limits)
1/2 Hour-$80 (There & Return=30 Minutes Travel Max-Within City of Duncan Limits)
**Additional trip charge may apply if outside Duncan, BC**
